Gulf Industrial Solutions (GIS) is an independently owned distributor wholesaler and retailer of welding, construction, and industrial safety supplies.

Formerly Gulf Marketing Services, Gulf Industrial Solutions has been operating out of Waukegan, Illinois since 1996. During the initial phase of operation, Gulf Industrial Solutions sales team aggressively concentrated on developing its international markets by visiting customers and working with them on proposing and recommending the most appropriate products and equipment for the job.

In 2001, we began marketing and selling our own brands, MaxWeld and PermaSafe which cover an array of products. Since then, we’ve expanded our brand lines to include a diverse range of products to fit the expanding needs of our customers.
